Sentuas Inc. is the data controller responsible for your personal information when you use our websites, apps, or services.What we collect
a) Information you provide
We may collect contact details such as name and email when you join waitlists, request access, or contact us.
We may also collect support messages you send us.
Sendless app data: By default, messages and micro-journaling entries remain on your device. We do not read your messages, build psychological profiles, or sell personal data. If you opt into Pro Help counseling integrations, we will ask for explicit consent before any insights are shared with your counselor.
b) Information we collect automatically (website)
We may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on site, referring URLs, and cookies or similar technologies.
We may also collect aggregated analytics data that does not identify you personally.
c) Information from third parties
Service providers such as hosting, email delivery, or analytics may process limited data on our behalf.
How we use information
We use your information to operate and improve our websites, apps, and services.
We use your information to communicate with you about product updates, early access, and security notices.
We use your information to protect our users and services including fraud prevention and abuse detection.
We use your information to comply with legal obligations.
