Sentuas builds empathy-first software. We treat privacy as a product requirement. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data controller
   Sentuas Inc. is the data controller responsible for your personal information when you use our websites, apps, or services.

2. What we collect

a) Information you provide
We may collect contact details such as name and email when you join waitlists, request access, or contact us.
We may also collect support messages you send us.
Sendless app data: By default, messages and micro-journaling entries remain on your device. We do not read your messages, build psychological profiles, or sell personal data. If you opt into Pro Help counseling integrations, we will ask for explicit consent before any insights are shared with your counselor.

b) Information we collect automatically (website)
We may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on site, referring URLs, and cookies or similar technologies.
We may also collect aggregated analytics data that does not identify you personally.

c) Information from third parties
Service providers such as hosting, email delivery, or analytics may process limited data on our behalf.

3. How we use information
   We use your information to operate and improve our websites, apps, and services.
   We use your information to communicate with you about product updates, early access, and security notices.
   We use your information to protect our users and services including fraud prevention and abuse detection.
   We use your information to comply with legal obligations.
   We do not sell your personal data. We do not use personal data to train generalized advertising models.

4. On-device first, minimal server use
   Where technically feasible, Sentuas processes and stores data on your device. If a cloud service is needed, for example to deliver email or provide an optional feature, we use the minimum data necessary and protect it in transit and at rest.

5. Pro Help and counseling integrations (optional)
   If you choose a Pro Help tier and connect with a counselor, we will describe what data is shared and request explicit consent. You can revoke access at any time. Without opt in, no counselor receives your information.

6. Legal bases (GDPR/EEA/UK)
   Where applicable, we process personal data based on contract to provide services you request, legitimate interests to secure and improve our services, consent for emails or optional features, and legal obligation when required by law.

7. California privacy rights (CPRA/CCPA)
   We do not sell or share personal information as defined by CPRA. California residents may request access, deletion, or correction of personal information by emailing sendless@sentuas.com.

8. International transfers
   If we transfer your information outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses to protect it.

9. Data sharing
   We may share personal data with service providers for hosting, security, email, or analytics under contract and only for stated purposes.
   We may share personal data with professional advisors such as legal or accounting partners under confidentiality.
   We may disclose personal data to authorities when required by law or to protect safety, rights, or integrity.
   We do not sell personal data.

10. Links to other websites
    Our website may contain links to external sites not operated by us. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies when visiting those sites.

11. Cookies and analytics (website)
    We may use cookies or similar technology to keep the site running and understand usage. You can control cookies via your browser. Where required, we will present consent controls.

12. Data retention
    Contact and support data is kept as long as needed to operate services and meet legal obligations.
    Website analytics data is retained per provider defaults in aggregated form.
    App data from Sendless is stored on device by default. You control deletion from your device. If you enabled any cloud backup or Pro Help sharing, you can revoke access and request deletion at sendless@sentuas.com.

13. Security
    We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method is 100 percent secure. We monitor and improve continuously.

14. Legal disclosure
    We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request, or when necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

15. Your rights
    Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise rights, email sendless@sentuas.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

16. Children’s privacy
    Our services are not intended for children under 13 or under the minimum age of digital consent in your region. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to remove it.

17. Changes to this policy
    We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date will be updated and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
